Accessibility: Improving the Visibility of the 'High Visibility' Option
For users with impaired vision, locating the 'High Visibility' mode can be challenging if it is only available as a small link in the website footer.
To improve accessibility, consider adding a clearly visible button at the top of the site. This would make it easier for users to activate a simplified, distraction-free view of the website.
Additionally, ensuring this option can be selected using only a keyboard would enhance usability for those who cannot use a mouse.

Option for administrators to impersonate other users
It would be useful for administrators to have the option to impersonate other users.
This feature would be particularly helpful when an administrator has configured specific permissions or access for another user. By impersonating that user, the administrator can verify that the permissions are functioning as expected and that the user can edit the designated areas of the website.
Additionally, this capability would enable administrators to impersonate parents, allowing them to view the Parent Portal or Parents' Evening Booking as a parent would. This can help troubleshoot any issues a parent may be experiencing, allowing the administrator to provide assistance.

Option for users to re-subscribe contacts/parents to receive emails
Sometimes, contacts or parents may unknowingly unsubscribe from school emails, mistaking them for spam.
This can become an issue when they need to receive important communications, such as those sent via the Secure Email or Parents' Evening Booking add-ons.
Currently, users can only check if an email has failed to send due to a bounce or an unsubscribe status.
To do this, users must navigate to ADD-ONS > Data Dashboard, select 'Emails' on the left, locate the relevant sent email, and click 'View' on the right.

Allowing users to add ALT text to the website logo can be beneficial for accessibility and SEO.

Data Dashboard: Ability to view members in each Group
If you navigate to ADD-ONS > Data Dashboard > Groups, it would be beneficial for users to have the option to drill down into individual groups to see the specific members within each group.
Currently, it only displays the quantity of contacts, staff, or students in each listed group.
The only way to find out who belongs to each group is to click into every individual contact, staff member, or student to check their assigned group, which is not ideal.

Option for Users to Edit Website Logo
Users would benefit from the ability to edit the logo on their website themselves, removing the need to contact us for updates.
A clickable image icon when logged in could open the File Manager, allowing them to select and update their logo easily.

Option to receive notifications when items are edited or published
Users have asked if it is possible for us to add the option for administrators to receive notifications when items have been edited or when pages have been published.

Instant Restore Timer
In Instant Restore, it would be beneficial to include a note indicating that items within this section are only available for restoration for 30 days. Additionally, integrating a timer to display when these items are scheduled for deletion would be useful.

Location of the 'Having trouble Logging in?' text
When a user needs to reset their password, it can be challenging to notice the 'Having trouble logging in?' text.
This is especially true if it's against a white background (as the text is white) or if the bottom of their viewing window cuts off just after the bottom of the dialogue box, as t's not immediately apparent that this link will be located below the dialogue box.
To enhance visibility, it might be better to incorporate this wording directly into the dialogue box itself, using black text for clarity.

Email Templates - General Emails
When the system sends some emails automatically, we would like to be able to customise the wording. Are you able to offer the ability for schools to change the email templates?

Have a hide/unhide facility so that you can choose which slide show photos will show, having previously uploaded a selection
It would save a lot of time for the administrator and help to keep a slide show 'fresh' by being able to choose to re-use previous images without having to bring them back from deletion.

Search Function Upgrade to show date published
Its really annoying when you use the search function on the website and have no way of knowing which of the results is the most recent version or update. This means that parents are often clicking on the wrong link and getting out of date information. It would be really helpful to add the date published to the search results so people can see when a news story or webpage was published and then be able to click the most recent one. Ability to subscribe to news feeds / vacancy post email updates
Create a subscription form option so that users can apply to receive new job alerts / news story alerts to their email inboxes (rather than via RSS).
