Adding staff filters to records
It would be useful to be able to add a staff filter to a record when creating it, for example adding the staff payscale to an appraisal record would allow the appraiser to see where the staff member is currently at and help inform if they should recommend pay progression

Changing date range filter
Currently when you change the date range filter, you have to click Apply in the pop-up window, then Apply again at the bottom of the page. It would be quicker to apply the changes made from the pop-up itself, without having to click Apply again.

Save selected date range when navigating across reports
Currently the date range filter resets when navigating between different reports/template types. It would be useful if this remembered the filter and was saved until this was reset manually or you click out of the reports entirely.

Delete staff that have left school
In order to be compliant with our data retention policy we need to be able to remove staff from SISRA Observe, currently there is no way of doing this without deleting every record held for them.

When new appraisals are created the name of the appraisal is automatically generated with the initials of the appraisee
If the appraisees initials can be added to the end of the report name automatically this would help no end when downloading reports and working out who has / has not completed for the academic year, rather than a whole list of reports that have the same name!

Ability to view evidence and modify record at the same time.
At the moment when evidence is added to a record, if you want to view the evidence and modify the record you have to download the evidence into Word document, then go back to Observe to modify the record. It would be a better user experience if you could view the evidence and modify the record at the same time, without have to go out and then back into Observe.
