Add historical summative data and test scores
To be able to historical enter summative Teacher Assessments and Test Scores. Currently can only add for current and previous academic year. Sometimes useful to add earlier data eg if no KS data or data not transferred in migration.

It is vital for schools to measure progress over time. We need to be able to add the historical end-of-year data for pupils to to be able to do this.

After transferring from T/T, decelerated children are showing up as their age related year group, rather than their actual year group. This is causing issues when we are trying to consider progress data, as in Year 1, the children are showing as Year 2. This has caused real issues for us and is having a huge impact on our progress data going forward.

This would allow schools to moderate assessment data once data has been converted as part of our onboarding process
