An error occurred while saving the comment Kirstie Callaghan commentedI take it you've already used up all of your student data columns? You get 10 that you can set yourself?

An error occurred while saving the comment Kirstie Callaghan commentedIf you're ordering by APS, rather than counting the number of results at each grade level, then it's not really averaging the Science double? It's adding the 9, and the 8. So the APS should still be correct.
The count at each level will be 'wrong', as by selecting "All A8 quals", you're asking SISRA to treat the Double Science grade like a standard GCSE: and it would do that by splitting the overall points by 2, ending up with the 8.5 which as you say is rounded to Level 8.
The only way to avoid that would be to run your totals at each grade for Science Double separately (under the grade type you have assigned for Science Double), and then the columns will give you the correct number at each specific GCSE Level.
Export both reports (Normal GCSE + Double GCSE) and add together. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Kirstie Callaghan commentedFor KS3, if you're not using graded assessments, then you could potentially add your effort scores as a grade method?

An error occurred while saving the comment Kirstie Callaghan commentedI believe SISRA was asked for this before, and it was a no as that's the format you already have the data in from your MIS.
If you go to reports and select a year and data set, you can export a broadsheet export of student grades. SISRA are unlikely to add it as a report view though, as technically it's not really doing anything to the data (which is what they're for).

An error occurred while saving the comment Kirstie Callaghan commentedWe use Filter management to reduce our Ethnicity codes to fit. For example: AAFR, ANEP, ASLT, ASNL = all change to AOTH. Or OAFG, OARA, OEGY, OLAM, OMRC, OOEG = all change to OOTH.
It works well, expecially as we use Bromcom which defaults to the extended list of ethnicities! -

An error occurred while saving the comment Kirstie Callaghan commentedIn terms of Focus groups, would also be beneficial to me if this was a task that we could choose to be added to other roles (like Head of Year, SLT).
At the moment I have to create every Focus group manually, myself, as I will not give admin rights to anyone else as they get access to way too much!
