  1. On a previous system I used (which was much more basic in most other ways) when sending emails and texts I could see a list showing if they were received and opened, this gave us good insight into enagagement of parents and details of who had opened it and also when there was a problem with an address. This is particularly important as often comms sent are important - re covid, weather, oftsed or important meetings.

  3. Currently if a parent changes their telephone number we have to remember to reactivate their new telephone number once it has updated in Sims. Has any consideration been made to automating this please as it is reliant on us remembering to do something a few days after we have been notified.

  4. We have a handful of schools in NI that have parents over the boarder who have ROI mobile numbers these are not compatible with the system and mean parents cannot be communicated with via text/app.

  5. It would be useful if parents were unable to book a place at a club just before it starts - so bookings could be closed an hour before the club begins.

  6. Is there any way that parents can retrieve their original booking email (with the 'cancel booking' link) from the website or I can reissue it if they are not able to find it? They often claim that they don't have it and therefore can't make cancellations themselves and I don't get a copy of the link.

  7. Is it possible to change the email address that course booking emails come from? At the moment the email address is hard coded and it would be good if the emails could could come from the school email address rather than an e4education email account.

  10. When a parent makes a cancellation, please can the administrator be sent an email confirming the refund amount required eithe via paypal or CCV.

  11. On our clubs booking system, when I view club bookings please can the date and amount paid be shown in the view as when cancellations need to be made, I have to go through each booking to find the correct one and it takes ages

  12. Could an option be added to allow the line of text saying 'We will be in touch to take your payment' of being hidden as it's not always necessary especially if doing offline payments via bank transfer or using childcare vouchers as the school won't need to get involved with the payment side if using those methods

  13. Would it be possible to output the total cost of the clubs after picking the payment method and going to the next screen? At the moment it doesn't show for offline payments and parents might forget how much the total cost is. It might also be nice if the total cost is also included in the email sent to parents as I don't believe it's something included.

  17. When a customer places an order through the online shop can an automatic notification be sent to an admin e-mail address. At the same time can an e-mail be sent to the customer to confirm we have received the order and shows the details of the order.

  19. The ability to see the customer name when access the 'Shop Orders' panel within the E-Shop functionality would allow for use to easily alter a users order without having to search through the Orders manually if we do not have the order number.
