    Completly agree with the above the doctors info needs to be in the medical section and bring back the drop down box which had all the doctors listed. The contacts is the incorrect place for this as it is not fit for purpose as you dont know your doctor so end up putting incorrect data in the fields to complete the entry which I am sure goes against GDPR for keeping accurate and upto date records
