   This is an idea sent to support by a school.

   Attendance reports clearly show what is working well (which classes, year groups and groups such as PPG, SEND) and where improvement is needed (which classes, year groups and groups such as PPG, SEND), including detailed data analysis of key groups. I thought you could lay it out like this.

   Attendance for the whole school until yesterday from September.

   Group attendance from September to now:

   SEND and NOT SEND
   PPG and NOT PPG
   PAs
   Which year groups have the best attendance

   Which year groups have poor attendance

   Why - is it linked to pupils being SEND to having reduced timetables?

   Where has attendance improved? in terms of year group/class or group like PPG and what has helped this?

   What is working well with attendance e.g.

   Where does attendance need to improve - which class which group etc.

   A great idea for attendance reports. As attendance sits with MIS, this idea has been requested to move to the MIS board.

   Having reviewed this, we have decided this is a bug not a feature request and this will be triaged and then prioritised to show 2012 data if available.

5. Legend on reports

   It would be useful to have a legend on reports we send to parents, or even governors, to explain what the report is showing - for example what 'Just At' means. We had this is Target Tracker and it was very helpful.

6. Venn diagram in Reports - please show the summative judgements for pupils working outside of the diagram

   Codes for these pupils would show - teachers can see how far away they are from reaching Just At in one of 3 subjects.

   This is a bug, not a feature request and will be moved to triage to fix.

7. Integration with FFT

   In OTrack customers have the ability to upload Targets from Fischer Family Trust (.tsv) and then use OTrack reports to compare teacher assessment outcomes against FFT estimates. This is a popular feature in OT which I'm sure would enhance Sonar too. OT has an FFT Benchmark settings tool which enables a relationship between the schools Summative Teacher Assessment codes and the FFT Benchmark codes

   This is not a priority for now as we want to explore improving reports within Sonar using the new dashboard.
