  1. Align contact update times

    Integration for Contacts and Booking system update at different times and confuses the customer

  2. Show the priority of the contact as well as current data

    As our comms tools use different priorities and have no uniformity, schools find it hard to distinguish what contact is going to pull into where without having to cross reference their data in SIMS etc which is very time consuming. Being able to see this in the overview will stop the need to check two systems, this will also allow us at primarysite to see quickly their contacts priorities to help with first time resolution and provide the correct information first time without a job needing to be raised for tech to check insomnia.
