We have to file the forms in pupil folders when printed off but the layout we get is poor either on an email or spreadsheet. The layout the parents gets is exactly the layout we would like as it is in a presentable format.
I assumed that as the program has been written for the person completing the form it would be an easy transfer to do the same for the person receiving the data, maybe as an attachment within the email confirmation. It is really important for us and at the moment the person who i have constructed the form for is now looking at alternative software ie. Microsoft office forms to see if she can achieve it in that format. Frustrating when you see evidence in place already.
